Nice plot with a project of Souto de Moura

This beautiful plot is located a few minutes drive from the picturesque village of San Carlos with its bars, cafes and shops. The plot, located at the foot of a stunning valley, has a basic plan for the building of a house designed by an internationally well know architect by the name of Souto de Moura. The land has been farmed for generations and dry stone walls still surround much it. The project is very contemporary in its design and will one day be a fabulous realisation.

San Carlos is a small but very well-known village north of Santa Eulalia. It became famous in the 70ies as a hippy-village, because many of those days' characters settled down nearby in its beautiful surroundings. It is also the site of the most authentic of the hippy-markets which take place every Saturday.
