This house has been refurbished in the year 1969 by the famous architect Erwin Broner with features of the Bauhaus style. A further modernizing took place in the year 2005. The minimalist architecture draws the attention to the original charm of this house. Beside three bedrooms with its own patios and two bathrooms it grants an ample entrance hall and an open, light-flooded living room with open fire place. Some steps downstairs one will find the dining area with adjacent cottage kitchen, big storage room and with direct access to the upstream covered pool terrace. The electricity supply is independent from the main public electricity network and works by latest solar and generator technology.

Santa Gertrudis is a typical Ibiza village with white façades and a large amount of pubs and bars, mainly run by newcomers. In the centre live only a few 100 inhabitants. The village is popular for its restaurants, bars and galleries. Geographically situated in the middle of the island, Santa Getrudis belongs to the municipality of Santa Eularia.
