The finca Ca'n Mestra is approx. 400 years old. It's situated amidst olive trees in the south-west of the island and lately received a first quality renovation. It has a great Panorama view over the Sea, the coast of San Antonio, the small village of San Agustin and it's surrounding area. The Ibiza Finca is nested in the centre of a vast and perfectly cared park- garden landscape with paths and sun terraces. As an actual hostel (Vivienda Turistica/ or Hostal Agroturismo) with an ecological certificate the finca offers 6 double rooms, 2 suites and could be rearranged without problem to have another 3 rooms, or also serve as a large, private estate with various guesthouses.All rooms are perfectly comfortably and individually fitted with bathrooms, SAT-TV, a safe, and central heating. The new, little aloof-standing Casita is a jewel of Ibizan architecture and offers guests an easy atmosphere and a happy cosinness in summer as in winter.

Location & surrounding area:
San José is situated in the middle of the island and has about 20.000 inhabitants. The centre consists of residential and company buildings. San José is district council of the same called municipality, the richest one on the island and with the largest density. There is a coastal strip of about 80 km. Popular beaches are Cala Comte, Cala Vedella and Cala Bassa.
